Bangladesh SEZ Ltd. (BSEZ) Marks Milestone with Soft Launch of Kumon Connect Project, A CSR Endeavor for Local Children
BSEZ has collaborated with BRAC Kumon Limited (BRAC Kumon) as part of its CSR activities in collaboration with tenant companies, and has started providing KUMON CONNECT, a tablet-based Kumon Method of Learning, to the 65th Sonpara Government Primary School.

The project reached a remarkable point on its launch date, November 28, 2023, with a momentous soft launch ceremony. Distinguished guests, Japanese Ambassador to Bangladesh Kiminori Iwama, BEZA Executive Chairman Shaikh Yusuf Harun graced the ceremony. The event featured a tablet handover to Sonpara Government Primary School, symbolizing the integration of advanced digital resources into the learning experience.
On December 12, parents of students using Kumon Connect were invited to the BSEZ to explain and exchange views on the Kumon Method of Learning educational philosophy and the role the industrial park plays in the surrounding community.
Together with BRAC Kumon, we aim to provide sustainable education to children in Bangladesh.
